This Christmas Giveaway Policy (“Policy”) applies to the following purchases: Purchases through www.coastalcowboys.com.au - Only of our "Limited Edition Unisex Christmas Shirt" (the shirt)

Christmas Giveaway/Competition Terms and Conditions Agreement

1. Eligibility:

   • Anyone in Australia or New Zealand only, any ages able to purchase the shirt. Must be over 18 to redeem the cash prize
   • People who have been in contact with the founder or known about the giveaway prior to launching are EXCLUDED from the giveaway.

2. Entry Process:

   • Participants must purchase at least one of the shirts before the 31st of December, through our website www.coastalcowboys.com.au .
   • Participants must specify their name, email, phone number, postal address to be a valid entry. 
   • Participants may 'enter' as many times as they like, all they have to do is purchase at least one shirt
   • Only one photo or video submission will be allowed per social media account.

3. Competition Details:

   • The total cash prize will be $5,000 AUD. 5 x $500 cash prize tickets selected randomly will be placed in random shirts to be claimed instantly. 1 x $2,500 cash prize will be awarded to the best photo or video submitted over the Christmas period.
   • Specify the value of the prize(s) and any restrictions or conditions.
   • Indicate whether the prize(s) are transferable or redeemable for cash.

4. Winner Selection:

   • Golden ticket winners are selected randomly as the orders are packaged according to a random number generator. 
   • Top 4 submissions of the photo or video competition will be selected but the owner/founder of Coastal Cowboys. The top 4 will then go into a public vote on Coastal Cowboys' instagram story. The final vote will be decide by the public on the 31st of December 2023.

5. Winner Announcement and Prize Claim:

   • Winners of the golden tickets will have to notify the owner/founder (details on golden ticket) to claim their instant cash prize. 
   • Winners of the photo/video competition will be announced on the 31st of December 2023.
   • Golden ticket winners must claim their prize before the 31st of December 2023.
   • Photo/video completion winner must claim their prize before the 7th of January 2024.
   • Golden ticket winners will have instructions on their tickets on how to claim their prize. 
   • Owner/founder of Coastal Cowboys will contact the winner of the photo/video competition.

6. Intellectual Property:

   • Coastal Cowboys obtain the rights to use any content or submissions provided by the participants for their (Coastal Cowboys) own use. Use may be but not limited to paid marketing, organic social posts, interviews, phone calls and any other interactions with the participants and Coastal Cowboys.
   • Coastal Cowboys may use the content for promotional purposes during and after the competition.

7. Liability and Disclaimers:

   • Coastal Cowboys do not take any responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the competition.
   • Coastal Cowboys can not be sued or taken legal action upon any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the competition.
   • The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   • QLD governing law will apply to this agreement/competition.

9. Modifications and Termination:

   • Coastal Cowboys may modify or terminate the competition if they see it necessary.
   • Coastal Cowboys will communicate this to all participants through all channels available; email, phone number, social media.
